Your payment transaction for VaultMate is submitted via Plimus - authorized payment processor.

Purchase VaultMate with confidence: Plimus uses the industry standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology to protect your confidentiality. Your credit card information submits securely to our merchant account provider. We do not receive any information about your credit card details from them. We only receive confirmation that you have purchased software.

Five payment methods are available now: Credit Card, Switch/Solo, Bank/Wire Transfer, Check Secure and Cash payments. US currency is used by default. However, other currencies may be used as well.

Delivery

You will receive your serial number immediately after payment and your registration information via e-mail within 24 hours of payment. If you didn't get confirmation and/or serial number within 24 hours, please contact us. Sometimes e-mails with order information are mis-identified as a spam. If you use e-mail spam filter, please check your junk mail folder.

Upgrade Policy

Minor updates (e.g. 1.1 to 1.2) are available for free. Users of previous versions (e.g. 1.0 to 2.0) are entitled for a discount upgrade. If you purchase software within 30 days of the release of new version, you will get free upgrade.
